We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Damaged packaging (dented boxes, etc.) with the product in good condition does not qualify as a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@pinpointdevices.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your case and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
While we strive to deliver every order in a timely manner, PinPoint Devices cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or any factors outside of our control. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to offer a resend or refund.
