At PinPoint Devices, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to unexpected customs delays, which can extend the overall delivery timeframe.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@pinpointdevices.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request within this window.

IMPORTANT: Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. No exceptions can be made after the item has shipped.

If a system-detected address issue is found, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

DELAYED DELIVERY

We understand that receiving your order promptly is important. We ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

— Courier disruptions or severe weather conditions
— Customs processing for international shipments
— Address verification or payment processing issues
— Product availability delays

PinPoint Devices is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will always do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order and assist in resolving any issues.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@pinpointdevices.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a formal claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will also contact the courier on your behalf and provide updates as they become available.

Please note that PinPoint Devices is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. These cases fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, depending on the outcome of the courier investigation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If your package cannot be located after investigation, we recommend filing a police report.
